Nano purchase

Bought one mp4 player from BABA's jan noorduynweg, Thhis is not a proffesional store, First of all the employee is helping you with the attitude ''just buy and get lost.
Was having problem with my device, so gave them a call for help, ''answer from the clerck i got.Its not our job to give service afterwards sir you will have to pay for help.
Device is still not working, I'm just ordering a new one from Tigerdirect in miami. I won't even bother to ask for an exchange, i'll just trhow the thing in the garbage, because thats what they are selling.
