Worst airline

Travel in December 2021 to Cuba. This airline does not take care of its passengers. Both flights to and from were super delayed. Accompanying baggage was checked in without payment receipts. The luggage did not arrive on the plane, it had to be claimed, arrive 15 days later.
They do not excuse themselves, do not explain to the passenger, or pay the extra expenses for their mistakes.
