Customer service
Waiting line to talk to the operator too long! It's always extremely difficult to get an agent on the customers service line, and when you do get someone, they rarely have an answer to your question about when delivery of your order will take place. I've been waiting for 45 min...still no answer.

Telephone no connection!
I can not get any answer from their 8697333 number, I left a message on their website - no answer. I ordered a bottle of gas a month ago ...still not delivered.
